EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
SEAN SLATINSKY
CEO
A former Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Sean brings more than 20 years of leadership and restoration industry experience to his role as CEO of Alpha Resources and Consulting. While working towards the completion of his Master’s in Business Management, he held almost all positions within the industry from water technician to CEO/Owner of multiple companies.
His core focus is on developing sound strategies that serve both the business needs and the needs of our customer. He values collaboration and building a positive work culture with his team. One of his favorite things about his career thus far is that it has given him the ability to develop other leaders which connects to his true passion of serving others.
Sean lives in North Atlanta with his wife and two children. He enjoys competing in triathlons and camping.
ADAM CRAFT
VP OF OPERATIONS
Adam has over 20 years of field-based entrepreneurial and leadership experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Adam has overseen mitigation and reconstruction projects ranging from $100,000 to over $5,000,000 during his career. He has proven results in building strong, loyal, teams and ensuring that we deliver on our commitments to our customers. As VP of Operations, Adam's core focus is ensuring that our team delivers results that our customers expect and deserve.
Adam likes being outdoors and exercising and lives in North Georgia with his family.
